The subscription price covers your first location. Each extra location adds its own fee per billing period, shown on the price card. All your locations are run from one subscription, so you never need a second one.
Setup, updates and support are part of the subscription. The only required extra is the 3% commission on orders taken through Cibusy — the remaining 97% lands directly in your bank account. If your monthly Sous credits run short, you can top up with extra credits whenever you choose.
No. The QR menu, your table QR codes, 20 ready-made themes and unlimited menu updates are all part of the subscription, so you never need a separate menu subscription.
No. Cibusy POS runs on the computer you already have, on Windows and macOS, and your team uses the Cibusy Crew app on their own phones. Connecting a kitchen printer is supported if you want one.
Yes. Your subscription includes 3,000 Sous credits a month, renewed every month, and you can buy extra credits from your panel when you need more. For diners, Sous is free at every venue, and its answers on your menu never spend your credits.
